Report On Business
In recent many years, states modeled some of their property and enterprises after business enterprises. In 2003, for instance, the People’s Republic of China modeled 80% of its state-owned enterprises on a company-type management system. Many state institutions and enterprises in China and Russia have reworked into joint-stock companies, with part of their shares being listed on public inventory markets. Companies are also sometimes distinguished into public companies and personal corporations for authorized and regulatory functions. Private companies do not have publicly traded shares, and often comprise restrictions on transfers of shares. In some jurisdictions, personal firms have most numbers of shareholders.
